Avery Dennison is well-known for its expertise in high-volume, roll-to-roll manufacturing, including production of billions of electronic, multi-layered labels. By leveraging that expertise and experience, we developed an innovative, next-generation RFID inlay manufacturing process that is at least 10 times faster than traditional "flip chip" manufacturing processes. Using this process, we will be prepared for the demand for RFID inlays to increase as existing programs expand and new programs come online.
As part of our end-to-end quality commitment, we also test our inlays inline during the manufacturing process and again following post-production to ensure high yields to both label converters and their customers.
